Who qualifies for a wholesale account?

Any licensed dispensary, retail store, wellness center, or online business with a valid resale license qualifies to apply for a wholesale account.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Simply fill out the wholesale application form on this page. Once submitted, our team will review your information and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes. Our wholesale minimum order is $750 per transaction. Some seasonal promotions may offer limited-time discounts or lower minimums.

What are your lead times for wholesale orders?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Larger orders may require additional processing time, and we’ll notify you of any delays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and select digital payment platforms. Payment is required before orders are processed unless other terms have been arranged.

Are your hemp-derived THC and CBD products legal in my state?

Our products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, laws vary by state, so it’s your responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.

Can Mary Jane’s Botanicals ship to all 50 states?

We ship to most states where hemp-derived THC and CBD products are legal. Due to evolving regulations, we may restrict shipping to certain states or jurisdictions.

Do I need a special license to carry hemp-derived products?

In most states, a resale license or retail business license is sufficient. However, some states may require additional permits for selling hemp-derived THC or CBD. Check your local laws or reach out to us for guidance.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. All Mary Jane’s Botanicals products are third-party lab tested for potency and purity. COAs are available upon request.
