Shipping Policy

Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 3 days of receiving the order Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Carrier: We use the following carrier to deliver our orders: USPS.

Order Tracking: The tracking # provided by the shipping carrier will be updated in all orders and sent to our customers by email.  

Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of orders is based on the weight of the package and location. Shipping costs are included in order total. Before the final checkout page, customers will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and customers will have a chance to not place the order.

Back Orders: If an item goes on backorder, it will be shipped when the item is back in stock.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not allow returns or exchanges of our products.
